Ticket Policies
- NEW FOR 2013 - No Camping Stickers will be issued for 2013. Bring your ticket with you to the festival; it will be scanned at the gate and one vehicle sticker per valid camping ticket will be supplied. The sticker must be visible on the inside of your vehicle windshield at all times when on site. No additional stickers will be provided.
- NEW FOR 2013 - Reserved Seating lanyards will not be mailed out. Bring your ticket with you to the festival, fold it and put it in the lanyard provided at the Countryfest Office onsite or from the Security in your reserved seating section. The lanyard must be visible at all time when in the reserved seating areas. All other seating is rush.
- Tickets are available online, by phone or in person at the Countryfest Office; All tickets are processed online
- Limit of 10 weekend tickets per order
- Two weekend tickets must be purchased for every one campsite purchased
- Children aged 12 and under are free when accompanied by an adult
- All tickets are subject to a $5 processing fee
- All tickets and fees and subject to GST
- Courier charges are $20
- Accepted methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Interac or Cash
- No refunds or exchanges
- Unauthorized duplication or sale of ticket may prevent admittance of ticket purchaser to the event. Purchase of tickets by a third party carries the risk of being fraudulent. Unless you've purchased your tickets from the Countryfest website or the Countryfest office, the validity of the ticket cannot be confirmed. The ticket may have been valid at the time of purchase from our office, but may have been invalidated because of a report of loss or theft. Authenticity will be determined when tickets are scanned at the gate upon arrival to the festival. Ticket purchasers need to be smart about their decisions when buying tickets.
- DO NOT PHOTOCOPY YOUR TICKETS. If a ticket is copied for multiple entry attempts at the gate, the first ticket scanned through will be valid. All others will be denied entry. Fraud charges will apply.
- DO NOT FOLD YOUR TICKET ON SCAN AREA.
- DO NOT CUT YOUR TICKET.
- DO NOT LINE UP AT THE GATES BEFORE 2PM ON WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26. We are advising patrons not to park overnight on Tuesday prior to the festival on Highway #10. Patrons parking vehicles overnight on Highway #10 are subject to being ticketed and/or towed.

Reserved Seating
There are 3 areas of Reserved Seating, Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. Reserved Seating is $55/seat and it guarantees you the same seat for the entire weekend! Don't fight the crowds and buy your seat today!
The purchase of Reserved Seating does not include gate entry - this reserves a physical seat only for the entire weekend. You must purchase a weekend pass.
Some of the seats on the east side of Level 2 may have restricted views.

VIP Passes
Each VIP Pass includes a weekend pass, a reserved seat in the VIP Section, a VIP parking pass, lunch and dinner in the VIP Dining Tent Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and with the purchase of two VIPs, an opportunity to purchase a VIP Campsite (Upper or Heritage, based on availability).
A VIP Pass allows access to the VIP Lounge with a cash bar and complimentary non-alcoholic beverages. Closed circuit TV coverage of the Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries Main Stage is also accessible in the Lounge and Dining Room. The VIP area also contains separate, private, flush washrooms. VIP seating will be done by the Countryfest Office staff at a later date.
Brandon Bus Tours
Spend a day at Countryfest with CKLQ/StarFM!
- Passengers will meet at CKLQ/Star FM parking lot located at 624 - 14th Street E in Brandon at approx. 10:45am. Bus to depart at 11:00am. All passengers will have signed a waiver form, or will have to sign a waiver form before entry on the bus.
- Passengers MUST have their ticket in order to board the bus.
- Pick up in Neepawa, at Mclaughlin GM Dealership on Highway #16 at approx. 11:40am.
- Bus arrives at Dauphin's Countryfest at approx. 1:00pm.
- Passengers will produce ticket to the Countryfest representative, and they will be given a day wristband. Passengers should keep their ticket for re-entry onto the bus at the shows end.
- Bus will be loaded immediately after the Main Stage act has left the stage. The show usually ends between 11:30pm and midnight. Loading the bus should take approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
- Bus will drop off in Neepawa and return to Brandon at approx. 2:00am.
- The bus will be a dry bus, no alcohol is permitted on the bus.
- CKLQ/Star FM will have 2 people on board to host the bus to and from Dauphin.
- Please note that the hosts will do their best to make sure all who have tickets get on the bus, BUT you are ultimately responsible to be at the bus at loading times, and neither CKLQ nor Dauphin's Countryfest are responsible for people missing departure times.
Yorkton Bus Tours
Spend a day at Countryfest with GX94!
- Passengers will meet at the Painted Hand Casino parking lot located at 510 Broadway St W in Yorkton at approx. 9:45am. Bus to depart at 10:00am (Saskatchewan time). All passengers will have signed a waiver form, or will have to sign a waiver form before entry on the bus.
- Passengers MUST have their ticket in order to board the bus.
- Pick up at Lake of the Prairies (location to be determined) at approx. 1:00pm (Saskatchewan time).
- Passengers will produce ticket to Countryfest representative, and they will be given a day wristband. Passengers should keep their ticket for re-entry onto the bus at the shows end.
- Bus will be loaded immediately after the final Main Stage act has left the stage. The show usually ends between 11:30pm and midnight. Loading the bus should take approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
